1. Digital Goods Are Final

Due to the nature of our products — virtual currency, in-game top-ups, and digital game services — all sales are final once the order is completed and delivered.

We cannot revoke, undo, or reverse a digital delivery. Therefore:

  • ✅ We do not offer refunds for successful transactions.

  • ✅ We do not accept returns or exchanges for virtual goods.

  • ✅ We do not allow cancellations once an order is submitted and processed.

2. Incorrect Information

It is your responsibility to provide the correct Player ID, Server ID, Region, or Game UID. If the top-up is delivered to the wrong account due to incorrect details submitted by the buyer, we cannot reverse or refund the transaction.

Please double-check all information before placing your order.

3. Failed Orders

If your order fails (not delivered), but payment was completed, we will:

  • Investigate and confirm the failure with our provider

  • Either:

    • Retry the top-up

    • Or issue a full refund to your original payment method

4. Chargebacks and Fraud

Any unauthorized chargebacks or fraudulent disputes will result in:

  • Immediate account suspension

  • Ban from future purchases

  • Reporting to payment providers with proof of delivery
