All sales via XP RELOADS are final. We do not offer refunds except as outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Refund

• If a purchase fails due to a technical error on our end, you may request a refund within 7 days.
• To be eligible, you must provide proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

3. How to Request

• Your order ID
• Date of purchase
• Reason for refund

4. Processing

We will review and respond within 5–10 business days.

5. Partial Refunds

At our discretion, we may issue partial refunds for any non-defective digital content.
